Sonny Arguinzoni Jr. is the son of Victory Outreach International founder, Sonny Arguinzoni Sr.

Sonny Jr. was raised in the rehabilitation home, living with men and women who came off the street and were getting their lives together. Though Sonny grew up in the midst of the founding of the ministry, witnessing miracles everyday, he strayed away from the path his parents had taken. However, at the age of 19, he gave his life to Christ and answered the call of God upon his life.

In 1991, Sonny became a licensed minister and would go on to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree from L.I.F.E. Bible College in San Dimas, CA. With a passion to reach young people, he began the youth ministry of God’s Anointed Now Generation (G.A.N.G). In 1998, Sonny married his wife, Kim, and today, they have five children. He is currently the Senior Pastor of the Victory Outreach in Chino, CA. and serves as an Elder in the ministry of Victory Outreach International. Sonny has traveled the globe and is a renowned conference speaker.

Philip accepted Christ into his life in 1996 while attending a Victory Outreach youth service. Soon after his conversion, he was called, by God, into full time ministry and enrolled in Bible College. Philip graduated in May of 2000. Hemarried his wife, Tonya, in 2002 and today they have three beautiful daughters.

Today, Philip La Crue Jr. is the International G.A.N.G. Overseer for Victory Outreach International and currently serves as an Associate Pastor for Victory Outreach Chino under the leadership of Senior Pastor, Sonny Arguinzoni Jr. Philip has traveled extensively, and his unique style and many years of experience in youth ministry has made him effective with young people from all walks of life.
